The Turkish Ministry of Transport and Infrastructure has issued Circular E-36712415-155.09.01-2431.032, mandating updated requirements for vessels entering Turkish waters.

1. Vessel Eligibility

  • Applies to all vessels ≥300 GT arriving at/departing Turkish ports.

    • Port Single Window (LTP)
    • Port Management Information System (LYBS)
